Rayco was not always knows as one of the Bay Area’s leading green home renovation companies. Rayco’s modest roots began when co-founders Gabe Cooley and Ricky Chu decided to partner together to start a green painting company back in college. With nothing more than a few door hangers and a lot of hard work Gabe and Ricky were able to expand the company in to the new realm of solar energy and green construction services.

Ricky, a native northern Californian was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. He graduated from University of California – Davis and has a double major in managerial economics and international relations. He is fluent in Cantonese and wants to design and build a solar powered golf course one day.
